The dish is served with bhakri or roti in Karwar. <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br /> <br />3 tbsp Oil <br />1/4th inch Ginger <br />4-5 Garlic cloves <br />2 Onions, chopped <br />1 Tomato, chopped <br />1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder <br />1 Cup Khube (Clams) <br />3 tbsp Grated fresh Coconut <br />Coriander Leaves <br />Salt to taste <br /> <br />Method: <br /> <br />- In a pan heat some oil. <br />- Add half crushed coriander - ginger - garlic. <br />- Then add chopped onion and tomato. Give a stir. <br />- Then add red chilli powder and mix well. <br />- Add khube (clams) and again mix well. <br />- Then add grated coconut, salt and coriander leaves. Mix well. <br />- Let it cook for 5 minutes. Once it becomes dry the dish is ready. <br />- Serve Khubhyal Sukka with roti or bhakri.
